Your deputies Cheatham arid Palmer did a fine job in the investigation and preparation for my revocation hearing involving an Assault Family Violence case against Clinton Wigley;

Wigley was on Deferred Adjudication for stalking here in Milam County, his case in Robertson County is a waiting trial.

I reviewed your deputies' reports, videos and met with them prior to my hearing on Thursday August 13, 2015. Rather than risk ten (10) years, Wigley plead for five (5) years TDCJ.

Deputies Cheatham and Palmer's professionalism reflects most favorably upon themselves and your fine department.
